Notes

Logical Grammar features a solo voice working through settings of every possible combination of consontant and vowel sounds in French. The results are randomly combined to create ensemble pieces for a number of "voices". The idea is that in listening to this composition over time the audience will begin to discern patterns of musical and semantic meaning. The title is a nod to Jean-Pierre Brisset's text "La Grammaire Logique".
